"John did an excellent job on our wall and getting us through the permit and inspection process. It was a large project and the end result was excellent! The wall required a 4'x1' footing with an 18" key. The wall was laid and filled in multiple steps to accommodate the inspectors due to the size of the wall. Drainage was installed as per code and the backfill was compacted. It was finished with stucco giving it a nice appearance. The driveway was replaced during this project as the slope was wrong and water shed towards the house. Now all the water goes where it should! This project included demo of the old failing wall and the driveway."
