"Daniel’s young apprentice, Sam came out for the job first but didn’t have the right equipment to inspect my narrower wood stove chimney. He didn’t make excuses, handled the stress of it professionally, and apologized profusely. Daniel arrived and went over everything after the inspection with pics and did a thorough cleaning and made a few future recommendations. Due to the inconvenience, he refused to charge me. Even when I tried to give him some money he was emphatic stating that making me happy was his priority and that my review was the best way to keep him in business! That’s above and beyond service! "Highly recommended, timely and very professional. Carl was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was able to answer all of our questions and walk us through different options, while being mindful of our budget. Just to highlight what all he did to repair our chimney. A safe working platform was erected. The old cap was removed and the brick was demoed to the flashing. All the brick was cleaned and relayed in tinted mortar to match existing masonry. A new crown was installed with custom stainless steal cage. The chimney was washed cleaned and sealed all debris were cleaned up and scaffolding was removed. We were so happy with the results. We would absolute hire him again."
