"I never met these guys before that day, but, THEY’RE HONEST!! They advised me on what I ACTUALLY needed to bring my fireplace back into a state of safe working status. They also informed me that repairs that the Chimney Doctor advised were NOT required (troubling to say the least!). This bad advice was simply, a proposed sale of unnecessary equipment based, upon the opinion of a Home Inspection which did NOT include a Certified Inspection of the fireplace! "Inspection and cleaning process was as expected.  Recommended replacement of rusted, galvanized chase cover with a stainless steel chase cover and additional storm collar.  (There was no attempt to up-sell me or pressure me on this topic...I already knew that it needed to be replaced.)  DeWayne (technician) was outstanding in every manner...professional in appearance, mannerisms, and performance.  He interacted extremely well with our two young boys and my wife, and he took time to show me key aspects of his inspection both during the inspection and afterwards with photos.  This is clearly a man who takes pride in his work.  Due to my outstanding experience with him and the good interactions I've had with the office so far, I went ahead and requested that the additional work be performed (without even getting a 2nd quote) once the new chase cover comes in.  I would highly recommend DeWayne, and assuming the rest of the All American Chimney Service technicians are anywhere near the quality of DeWayne, it is easy to recommend All American Chimney Service.

"Tommy and his team did a great job on our chimney! Once it finally stopped raining Tommy and his crew got to work and finished in a reasonable amount of time. Anytime I texted Tommy he would respond answering any questions I had. His work was top notch, rebuilt the crown (which looks bomb proof) and cut out the brick mortar out down to the roof line. Tuck pointed and painted my chimney. Not single drop of water has come in since he finished his work. They cleaned up all materials afterwards too!
