"Tile looks great. A promise was made that the grout on the backsplash over the sink would be repaired. It was not done. The steam caused the light bulb in the shower to fail. It seems to be the fixture itself. The electrical outlet near the sink was similarly ruined. We have an electrician coming tomorrow to fix those two items."

The wall required a 4'x1' footing with an 18" key. The wall was laid and filled in multiple steps to accommodate the inspectors due to the size of the wall. Drainage was installed as per code and the backfill was compacted. It was finished with stucco giving it a nice appearance. The driveway was replaced during this project as the slope was wrong and water shed towards the house. Now all the water goes where it should! This project included demo of the old failing wall and the driveway."
