After getting their name from a neighbor. Thomas came over to give us a quote. We had a good idea for what we wanted to do and he helped us make it better. We received quotes from 6 companies. Thomas was the only one who was an all around professional sharing his knowledge, ideas, and suggestions in a matter a fact no pressure kind of way. Plus he didnâ t bad mouth other companies work to get his point across. Great follow up from start to finish. He provided a digital image of our plan and all the paperwork we needed to submit to HOA. The crew that came to do the work was great! Hard working all day and very in synch with each other. They pay close attention to detail. They also cleaned up at the end of each day. The job foreman, Frank, was also great to work with. Both Thomas and Frank encouraged questions and repeatedly wanted to make sure we were happy with the progress. A couple minor tweaks needed to be made while the work was being done. Thomas and Frank just wanted to fix it and it was not a big deal. Install It Direct may not be the cheapest company out there, but I knew after our first visit that they were different from the other companies. We definitely had piece of mind considering the amount of money we were spending and for the work being done on such an important part of our home. :)"
