"I was contacted by Mike soon after I requested a quote. He was very professional and explained exactly what he would do to fix the cracked motor between my brick façade ranch house. Mike also inspected the basement to make sure the cracked façade was not related to a foundation issue. I had recently had a foundation repair by another company and Mike assured me the foundation work was up to code and done well. Mike wrote up his bid on my job which was very reasonable, and $300 under the other contractor who had placed a bid on the job over the phone. Mike and his partner were able to do my job within a week of me accepting his bid. I am extremely pleased with the color match to the existing mortar and the high quality of the joint repairs that Mike did! Mike and his crew were able to do my whole house in one day. they did a nice job of cleaning up after them self's as well. Be prepared to have to provide additional clean up after a whole house tuck point job! This is a very dusty job and the whole house needed a hose rinse and window cleaning! No fault of the contractor, just a messy job but the results are worth it! Great job Midwest! You have my highest rating and respect!"
