The next day Mr. Vasquez himself was here with his assistant Alex rebuilding a New Stone Mailbox for me! "Perez Construction was very responsive to our needs. We had water line damage from the storm on 2/16/21. A master plumber identified the problem as being the installation of the water lines to the hose bibs being between the house sheathing and the brick facade on 2/20/21. I reached out to home advisors that evening and heard from Raphael Perez immediately. He came to my home the next day and had a person at our home on Monday 2/22/21, By the next day at 9:30 AM they had found the location of all the critical water line locations so the plumber could start the repair work. The person that removed the brick only broke 2 brick in the process. This was critical since the home is 15 years old and finding additional replacement brick in the market was impossible."

"Very happy with the work that Martin did - ver thorough and fast! The main project was a concrete wraparound for our patio that included flagstones. He understood immediately what we wanted, and had some good suggestions for how to lay it out. In addition to that work, we asked him to pour two concrete pads: one for our trash cans and one for a portable generator. He also poured a concrete ramp for our shed. The whole thing took 3 days, and the price was great. Highly recommend him!"

Removal of old counters and install of new countertops and undermount sinks were done quickly and carefully so no damage to surrounding walls and cabinets. All cuts to the new granite for sinks and fixtures were precise so everything fit perfectly with existing cabinets. The new granite looks fantastic! Luis and his team were professional and courteous. "WOW!!! I can not saw enough about the work, craftsmanship and professionalism from ZunTex. I have received a ton of compliments on the finished project. The first project was a 6 ft stone wall with columns and capped top. I was so impressed that I got them back out to build an outdoor kitchen area. We have the 3rd project schedule to continue the stone wall. The area was kept clean and best of all they finished when they say they would. They are reasonable in pricing and are very courteous.
