At Baptiste Masonry we take great pride in every job we do like it was our own home. With 25 years experience I have seen a lot of beautiful work done by others and I have also seen a lot of not so good work. My goal for my customers is for them to be 100% satisfied and have a smile on their face when the work is complete. The job is not complete until that happens. In my years in the trade I have been fortunate enough to learn not just how to lay brick on a wall I have been part of some really great projects and really great people which I have learned a great deal and would love the opportunity to show my customers the great job I can do for them.

The workmen arrived on time and completed all of the work in 1 day. They showed me pictures before, during, and after the work was completed. they were pleasant and respectful of my property. He gave me a great proposal and very reasonable estimate and had a crew out to do the work about a week later. They worked for about 1.5 days, and we were amazed how fast they had the work completed. "The crew removed the plantings and brick borders from the front and both sides of our house. This included two large bush stumps as well as a 50 year old rhododendren bush that was too close to the house. They graded all of the old and new topsoil away from the house, laid down landscape fabric, planted new colorful bushes, and mulched everything with layers of black mulch. They reused many of the existing bricks for a border along the walkway and the one side of the house. They hauled away all of the debris and old bricks that were not used."

"Skimped on quality of retaining wall, not burying one layer of block in some sections. As a result, There are five gaps in the versilock wall on the bottom. I have reached out to him for 6 months to deal with this issue and have been met with delays and no response.
Was rushed in pouring concrete. Some areas are not to code, i.e., proper depth. Corner of pour cracked two months after completion in December 2014. Contacted him immediately to have it corrected in the spring of 2015. Once again, was met with delays, excuses and the last two months no response.
I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.
