At Baptiste Masonry we take great pride in every job we do like it was our own home. With 25 years experience I have seen a lot of beautiful work done by others and I have also seen a lot of not so good work. My goal for my customers is for them to be 100% satisfied and have a smile on their face when the work is complete. The job is not complete until that happens. "We had firebox that was in desperate need of repair on an existing brick fireplace. Clark and his team rebuilt the firebox and installed an all new stone face to replace the previous brick design. It looks amazing! Clark kept us updated regularly on status and what going on throughout the project, which was refreshing after working with other contractors. We also had them repair the chimney stack and cap as we had found some issues with those and they did a great job on that as well."

He didn’t make excuses, handled the stress of it professionally, and apologized profusely. Daniel arrived and went over everything after the inspection with pics and did a thorough cleaning and made a few future recommendations. Due to the inconvenience, he refused to charge me. Even when I tried to give him some money he was emphatic stating that making me happy was his priority and that my review was the best way to keep him in business! That’s above and beyond service!
