The work included excavating and leveling the site, pouring and re-enforcing the slab, and selecting and purchasing the stone, brick and other materials. In addition to the patio, Mottern also filled in an approx. 12 sq/ft section of brick wall where a door had been converted to a window. The filled-in brick and mortar matches the original 50-year old wall perfectly. Overall, the entire Mottern crew was prompt, responsive, professional, and very skillful. "Excellent, excellent, excellent! Rigo was outstanding. First, he came and looked at the job and later took some brick samples to match them with bricks that he would buy for the job. He found bricks that matched almost perfectly after going to several places (above and beyond the call!). Then, he noticed that some of my railing was rotting away, so I asked him if he knew someone to come and fix that before he fixed the bricks. He did and that contractor also did an excellent job! Rigo then came and fixed the bricks and did an excellent job. Thank goodness that he noticed the rotting railing; otherwise, I would have had to redo the bricks because the railing was bad. The whole job worked out well and he was the lowest bidder! I highly, highly recommend him for your job!"
