"Juan and his crew did an amazing job! From start to finish I had no problems! Juan was professional, on time, honest, and extremely knowledgeable! Juan helped with great suggestions after describing my idea to him during the free estimate. He communicated when the rain storms kept delaying my project and didn't try to start the job knowing a bad storm was on the way. He cares more about the final outcome than just getting the job done. Juan and his crew are meticulous! They paid attention to every detail. He pitched my driveway just right! No more puddles and I absolutely love the final outcome! I will definitely use JM Concrete LLC for another project and highly recommend them!"

"We recently hired Shamrock Chimney to repoint the brick walls on both of our bay windows and our front steps. We also had them perform a safety inspection and cleaning of our gas fireplace. Mr. Juan Ortiz was the company representative, and we found him to be extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. The repointing took approximately 7½ hours, and the results were exceptional. They carefully removed the old mortar, and the new mortar was matched perfectly to the existing brickwork. The bay window walls look like new again! They also completed a thorough safety inspection of our gas fireplace and did an excellent job cleaning the glass and fireplace. We were very pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the crew. I would definitely recommend Shamrock Chimney to anyone needing chimney, masonry, or fireplace services."

"My deck was in bad need of repair due to a lot of rotting wood. The guys from York River outdoors, really went above and beyond with their work, and even repaired portions that were not previously known to be rotted. I highly recommend their services!"

"Our deck was sloping and Benny came right out to inspect the deck. We discussed and he went over exactly what needed to be done to repair the deck, provided an estimate and he and his crew did an excellent job! It was a seamless process. I highly recommend BMF Contracting!"

"I needed stucco repair work on an old chimney (and other spots). Grady was meticulous and thoughtful on what approaches and materials would work. Throughout the project they allocated sufficient time for each treatment to cure and inspected the work before proceeding to the next step. Grady started the project with no money down and only required ongoing payments for materials until the project was well underway. The final payment was due only after they did a final inspection. Total project cost was also below other bids."

"Cristobal’s team came out when they said they would and got the job done on time and the price they quoted. We liked them so much we got them to also repoint our chimneys. We did have one brick come lose about a month after but they came out and repaired it. It’s now been a couple of months and everything still looks great."

"Fernando evaluated a stone facade on my Colonial Beach, VA townhouse that had come loose due to poor builder construction. He matched the stone perfectly and repaired the original work to like new condition. He was responsive, timely, cost-competitive, and most importantly did grade A work. Would definitely hire for any future projects!"

"It went very well. He was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, and careful with my home and furnishings. I have good peace of mind knowing that this potentially hazardous part of our home is in good shape."

"Joe and his team were a pleasure to work with.
We had kind of an unusual project, but they jumped right in and handled it beautifully.  The project was set back by problems on the supply end (not the fault of Brick Solutions, but rather of Lowe's, who sold us a broken window) and Joe took it in stride.  He just moved us around in his schedule and everything worked.  (We were able to be somewhat flexible, which helped.)
When problems came up (again, with Lowe's), he returned text messages within minutes and gave me the confidence to move ahead in his absence.
As the project progressed, we asked Joe to do other related tasks (like our steps and eaves), which he was happy to do at a very fair price.
The only drawback was that Joe & Co. don't  do any interior work, so we had to hire other contractors to finish this rather large project.  Not a big deal, but we would've been perfectly happy to hire Brick Solutions to do everything!

"Very nice man and went far above to keep communicating. Even drove from Richmond in heavy rain to give estimate. Good price but very poor quality. We even called reference he gave us. Should have requested pictures. We may have to tear out all his work and start over. Extremely disappointed in results. Said he would return for acid wash but after reading about possible problem with acid killing vegetation we were afraid for him to return. Bricks are much older looking now after he scraped them to clean them . Mortar does not match rest of house. Ugly dark brown color and extra wide mortar stripes between bricks. Porch steps looked much better before he came. VERY displeased"
