"I contacted 5 other companies to replace a 27 year old wooden deck and railings. ONLY one of them showed up to provide an estimate. They were $7K MORE than FF&D for same materials. It was a replacement, not a new build. FF&D Kelsey very nicely followed up via Angies List. I ignored them for almost 3 weeks but Kelsey, kindly, without spamming me, suggested a free estimate at my convenience. I sent a terse reply thinking it would fall thru, but it didn't. Jim was beyond helpful, keeping in touch thru the HOA approval process. Within weeks they had a date for replacement and removal of old decking material. Within 2 days the work was completed without issue and we have a beautiful composite deck with vinyl railings. They did exactly what they said they would do and we're very pleased with the result."

What started out as a small patio project turned into a much bigger project when I saw how amazing their work is. I had a giant patio done with a sitting wall and built-in fire pit. "This company did an excellent job of removing the old stone brick wall in our family room and installing a beautiful veneer stone on the first job and on the second job we hired 7th State for the remodeling my dining room. They were efficient, fast, and professional. They are pricey, but you get what you pay for and the customer service is impeccable!!! "We have some touch up work scheduled to close out the job. The installers were great so far. First rate. I am concerned that the sales person told me the "new product" they have now does not rust. I would subsequently discover this is not true, the new bars will rust. Perhaps there is some confusion and a good explanation for a misunderstanding, but I am disappointed. The work looks very good except for the items I hope to have touched up."
