After buying our first house, we wanted to make sure everything in the chimney was safe and working efficiently. Rob's inspection and estimate were very thorough and detailed. "After the last two storms in June and July, our chimney started to leak rainwater into the brick over the fireplace and into the fireplace. I did an online review and found that Top Hat Chimney Service had one of the highest ratings, so I called for an appointment. Anthony responed quickly and we agreed upon an inspection date. He and Lou arrived, inspected our chimney, took photos and made his recommendations. He responded to all of my questions and we agreed on a repair plan. Incidentally, he checked our other chmney and made recommendations for it because it also needed some preventive repairs. We also decided to have him install a gas fireplace. We were extremely pleased that he could begin and complete the work on that day, since another storm was expected within 24-48 hours. Anthony and Lou did an outstanding job with the repairs and installation of the gas fireplace! Anthony graciously did a couple of extra things with the other chimney and we are especially appreciative!"

"J&P was great to work with. Juan was very responsive to my emails and all my questions. He made good recommendations to improve our landscaping but wasn’t pushy. He got us on the schedule quickly, and the work was done promptly. In three days they had installed a new brick paver wall, completely reset and properly leveled our paver patio, trimmed/cleaned up all planting beds and put down new mulch.
