"Oliver promptly responded to my call, gave me a quote, gave me info on where I could go to find matching brick, and completely the repairs efficiently and when he said he would."

"My first few quotes showed me what the patio would look like with paver bricks and I thought that was my only option. They suggested concrete which I actually wanted originally. They started about a week after our chat and finished the job in a day. It looks really good and clean"

"Miguel was here on time and took care of all of my brick and mortar needs very professionally. I would recommend him to everyone who needs this type of brick restoration and mortar needs on a house or chimney."

"Initially I was looking to get some masonry fixed. Rob came by and pointed out the chimney was in very bad shape. There were cracks in the crown and deteriorated mortar. He provided a quote and a thorough explanation of what work would be done, and followed up with pictures once complete. He was accommodating with my scheduling. He was very easy to work with and it turned out great! Thank you!"

"Jose Valdez and his crew not only got the job done well and efficiently, he went over and beyond what we expected. The quality of work on our new concrete patio and breaker wall exceeded our expectations!!! EXCELLENT work, skilled and professionalism is STELLAR! We have already secured our date in April 2025 to have our asphalt driveway replaced with a new concrete driveway for easier access in/out of our home! JOB WELL DONE! We highly recommend West Chicago Concrete, Inc. Thank you Jose, we look forward to seeing you in April. Five-Star rating we give you a Ten!"

"After the last two storms in June and July, our chimney started to leak rainwater into the brick over the fireplace and into the fireplace. I did an online review and found that Top Hat Chimney Service had one of the highest ratings, so I called for an appointment. Anthony responed quickly and we agreed upon an inspection date. He and Lou arrived, inspected our chimney, took photos and made his recommendations. He responded to all of my questions and we agreed on a repair plan. Incidentally, he checked our other chmney and made recommendations for it because it also needed some preventive repairs. We also decided to have him install a gas fireplace. We were extremely pleased that he could begin and complete the work on that day, since another storm was expected within 24-48 hours. Anthony and Lou did an outstanding job with the repairs and installation of the gas fireplace! Anthony graciously did a couple of extra things with the other chimney and we are especially appreciative!"

"J&P did a great job. The brick edging around the landscaping had been a mess of sinking and uneven bricks - now they look like new. Very responsive and nice people to work with. We'll use them again in the future."

"Our natural stone retaining wall was failing due to improper initial installation by the original contractor several years ago. Brian and Luis came in and totally rebuilt the wall properly with the correct base and drainage to insure a long lasting product. The team arrived as scheduled and completed the work within the timeframe given. We couldn't be happier with the result!"

"Iron and Stone responded quickly and did a fantastic job with my pavers patio and front yard paver walkway. I would recommend them and will be sure to use them in the future."
