"Modern rebuilt my aging brick chimney. The cap had cracks in it and the bricks were popping out. Modern took it down and rebuilt it. Brand new limestone cap and bricks. They even tuck-pointed some bricks further down the chimney that weren't part of the rebuild. The chimney looks great and Modern did it all in one day."

"Great company would highly reccomend. Concrete prep and layed block for garage to be set on top of."

"Jason is a skilled professional and has knowledge about all of the repairs I need done on the Mobil home I just bought. So very happy I found him !"

"My experience with Milford Masonry & Building has been very positive. We hire them to repair our brick patio where we have some water accumulation issue, and front porch where we have several line cracks. The owner Jim Hart has great knowledge about Masonry works and very responsive to customer's needs and concerns. His team, Buddy McNaught and Vern Harris are easy to work with. They have very good attitude toward their work and are attentive to customer's interest. I appreciate their hard work and a job well done."

"We hired Brothers and Bricks to help our 1925 (unreinforced) college foundation that was bowing in approximately 4-inches. They came out for an estimate and talked through the potential repair options. The quote was very thorough and we understood exactly what we were getting. The crew was professional, and our house was left very clean after the work was complete."

"Fantastic job. Knowledgeable and helpful. Had a couple other estimates. This company was the only one that actually went up onto the roof to inspect the chimney."

"The team did a fantastic job repairing and cleaning our chimney. They explained the entire process and were able to do repairs the same day . Highly recommend them !"

"The crew was very professional and very thorough. They did a great job communicating daily expectations and how weather was affecting next steps. In addition to painting the exterior siding on my home, they white washed the bricks on the lower level and chimney. The whole team worked hard to make sure that the white wash looked exactly the way that I wanted it. They weren't satisfied until I was satisfied! They also did a great job of cleaning up at the end of each day, and minimized the impact on my family's day to day activities. I would definitely recommend them!"

"They were very easy to work with, kept us informed on every step, and cleaned up after, they were so good, you couldnâ t tell that they were even there. If we have anything else in the future, we will definitely call Jared and Makayla"

"I called John when a different contractor failed to show and finish the job. John has been reliable from day one. He gave me a fair quote and started when he promised. John and his crew are skilled professionals. They were considerate and great to work with. I am very pleased with the work they have done. I would hire again."
