However, they no-showed the first two times I had them scheduled without calling, and took more than a month to complete a fairly simple job, probably because they were waiting on a supplier. I would know for sure if they were better communicators. I had to call and ask questions. I also had to have them come back a couple of times to finish jobs correctly. In the pick two dilemma - price, speed, or quality - they're good for price and quality if you are patient and diligent about following up. If you need it done fast and right the first time, find someone else and be prepared to pay a higher price."

I had about two hours of hard clean up after the workers left block chips and hardened mortar piles, paper, etc. I don't know if that is normal or not. I have recommended them to a neighbor who also has a block wall project. I talked to Eddy afterwards and he appologized and even offered to pay for my two hours work. Such integrity is rare. Of course I didn't accept but wanted him to just reteach his crew."
