"Kevin and his crew did good work. He has great promptness and communication. He always lets you know the current progress of the project voluntarily. He expanded my driveway with a concrete slab. He also added a concrete skirt behind my house and added a cobble stone border around my current paver stones. The work looks clean and professional. I'm pleased with the final result."

"Excellent work! Above and beyond. They started the work early, and they made sure to consult on our wishes every step of the way. They even added extra details that were not part of the work to be done that made the brick patio more amazing than it already was. Strongly recommend them!"

"John had to take down a failing stone exterior wall at our home and have it replaced with cedar shingles. They did an excellent, timely repair."

"Ray at Set in Stone is fantastic. Prompt and professional- the work was done well and on time. We plan to use him and his team again for other home projects in the future."

"Valter was very professional and prompt. Company response time is excellent. I had a concrete walkway repair that was done in a reasonable time and exactly as quoted. I would hire Valter again for other masonry work."

"It is hard to overstate the excellent work I had done via Northern Grey Masonry and in particular its owner/principal, Derek Waters. We had an exterior front staircase leading to our front door. Derek was a last minute 3rd bid I almost did as an afterthought and he knocked me off my feet. He immediately gave me several major and very thoughtful redesign tips and helped expand our project signficantly for the better in an affordable way that turned our staircase rebuild into an absolute showpiece. He was comfortable talking to both me and my wife and even spent hours with us in a quarry rethinking stone choices. He was flexible with design and always picked up the phone on the first ring for when we called. We ended up with a stairway that turned an unplanned emergency project into the envy of the neighborhood. He works with his father, also a master mason whose decades of experience added even further to this perfect project. I truly could not recommend him more."

"Our stone driveway was inundated with grass, the weed barrier underneath was no longer functioning and we wanted a cobblestone lip installed into the garage. Andrew and his crew removed the old stone, leaving just enough for a new base, installed new weed barrier, increased the size of the new stone (good move) and added a lovely cobblestone lip in front of the garage. The job was completed at a reasonable cost, and Andrew even was going to honor the original quote, even though the job needed more stone than he originally planned on."

"The company rapidly responded to the service request and booked an appointment with me in a timely fashion. Technician, John, arrived on time and did call 20-30 minutes prior to arrival. He was polite, profession and respected the property. Quickly diagnosed the issue and provided me with several options after showing me and explaining the issue with the fireplace. Fortunately the parts were in his truck and he was able to quickly effect a repair. Everything was cleaned up and he even cleaned the fireplace glass insert (this is a natural gas fireplace). I am very pleased with this company's professionalism from start to finish. I will be keeping them on file should another issue arise. Thank you Chimney Experts for your assistance!!"

"Top notch craftsmen from J&E built our walkway at a great price and friendly service. Highly recommend them."
