"Excellent work from start to finish. My father was a mason, so I know great work when I see it. First, they brought in a tear-down team to remove the chimney down to the first-floor roof level of our two-story house. After which, they rebuilt the chimney to original height installing approximately 900 new bricks using a new Type N mortar. They installed a new 5" thick concrete crown with a 2" drip edge and an expansion joint. They replaced all accessible sections of fireplace clay flue tile extending 4" - 6" above the concrete crown. Installed new stainless steel chimney cap. Installed 2 sets of new step and counter flashing. Installed 2 sets of new ice water shields and shingles as needed. Cleaned and weather sealed chimney entirely upon completion. After the chimney rebuild was done, the Mason, Seth, and his crew cleaned the work site, to include the whole driveway. They are a very efficient and thorough team. I understand that they like to leave the customer's house and yard as clean or better than they find it."

"Re-installing my back patio was a huge job and Caleb did an excellent job. The bricks in place were unique, so I was very happy to be able to keep them."

"I have used Jon for three projects: 1-new brick wall on a reno 2-new brick facing on a new concrete retaining wall 3-interior reno brick fireplace Jon and his guys do top notch work. They show up when they say they will. They get the job done. They're fairly priced for the quality of their work. Will continue to use them."

"Mario and his crew did excellent work. They arrived on time and worked fast on a hot humid day. Everything was cleaned up as they went and nothing left behind. I can't believe it was all done in 8 hrs. I highly recommend them and will hire again when needed."

"Doug stuck it through on a very challenging soffit repair job. Not an easy piece of work on a 100 year old home! Quality and craftsmanship were A+"

"We cannot say enough great things about Tristate Complete Home Repair! We just finished up a partial renovation of the interior of our Hoosier Homestead farmhouse, and Tristate did a fabulous job! The house had spent decades under the care of our aging parents, so it needed a lot of careful attention to update nearly everything without compromising the unique historical beauty of the house. Owner Tim of Tristate brought decades of renovation experience to our project, leading a crew of workers representing all the trades. This meant fewer delays and mistakes on our project. No regrets here. We look forward to future work from Tristate!"

"The guys worked very hard and cleaned up every day. The stone wall is beautiful. They were able to do a timely completion even with many days of bad weather. I am very glad I choose them over the others."

"Brian was great to work with and was always respectful. It was a big project and issues did come up. I think Brian handled them in stride and always took care of our concerns. If I had one concern, our lawn got chewed up. I guess itâ s the nature of the work. But we will have some work to do post project. I would recommend him for your driveway and walkway projects."

"I can't say enough good things about Dave King Construction. We bought a wooded lot to put a home on. Our first contractor didn't finish the project after a year we found Dave and I am so glad we did. Dave and his crew stepped right in and did everything from taking out trees to pouring our foundation. He went over and above on everything he did. He communicated with us and our builder regularly. We never had to wonder what was going on. If you are looking for an honest, reasonable, and hard working contractor then call Dave king Construction. You won't be sorry."

"Plant World did an excellent job cleaning up the leaves in the front and backyard. They even blew the leaves out of the bushes."
