"I was sold on this company by: (1) the fact that Dave/Advanced Piering came up with what is apparently a sensible solution to the REAL underlying problem (water drainage) and he wasn���t there primarily just to sell pier installation; (2) one guy representing one of Dave���s competing bidders didn���t want to get his hands/shoes dirty; (3) a couple of other guys stated they could not repair the biggest problem (a cracked foundation footing) yet one of those guys actually did bid to lift & pier the room AFTER the footing issue was resolved by someone else; (4) Dave���s Bid provided an a overview, projected bid cost, fairly detailed scope of work, timeline, and assumptions/limitations. What I received as ���bids��� or ���proposals��� from the other firms was a joke by comparison - from a job info perspective. Also, I needed some other concrete work to be done, which I hadn���t mentioned online and Dave was the only responding bidder who had the industry experience/capability, to handle all our needs at a reasonable cost."
