"Very professional, very neat = good customer experience."

"I wanted to get my gas fire place going"

"York River Outdoors did an excellent job on our fence. Prompt, professional, and within budget. Work was completed within the deadline that was given to us and looks amazing! Would definately hire Steven and his crew again!!"

"Fast and courteos response time. Detail oriented. Took care of flooding area by installing French drain system. Great work done including clean up after. Highly recommend!"

"I needed stucco repair work on an old chimney (and other spots). Grady was meticulous and thoughtful on what approaches and materials would work. Throughout the project they allocated sufficient time for each treatment to cure and inspected the work before proceeding to the next step. Grady started the project with no money down and only required ongoing payments for materials until the project was well underway. The final payment was due only after they did a final inspection. Total project cost was also below other bids."

"Cristobal’s team came out when they said they would and got the job done on time and the price they quoted. We liked them so much we got them to also repoint our chimneys. We did have one brick come lose about a month after but they came out and repaired it. It’s now been a couple of months and everything still looks great."

"I had very prompt response to my initial and subsequent queries. After delaying due to excessive storm and hurricane weather, the job was done neatly, professionally and expertly. He matched the bricks and now the steps are not just repaired, but my railing is more secure than it ever has been!"

"Initially Great! Jason came out and was very honest and knowledgeable. He shared what he would recommend to help with my structural damage / cracks and promptly sent out a report. After I made my decision to secure their services the contact  was lacking. A timeline or update would of put my mind at ease between the time they received the deposit and the actual services started. The work started and each day there was progress. Totally pleased. The final walk through: - Had a sticking door and was shown a trick to correct that by placing a rag in the door jam, the soil placed back in the ground was lumpy and full of brick/stone, brick mortar was not the right color but thought it would just lighten as it dried. A few months later...the mortar is definitely not the right color, there isn't a strap to hold down my downspouts and one of the downspouts fell off. I haven't contacted the company to correct as I will just live with the color and rig my own downspouts. The great news is I feel secure about the foundation work.

"Very nice man and went far above to keep communicating. Even drove from Richmond in heavy rain to give estimate. Good price but very poor quality. We even called reference he gave us. Should have requested pictures. We may have to tear out all his work and start over. Extremely disappointed in results. Said he would return for acid wash but after reading about possible problem with acid killing vegetation we were afraid for him to return. Bricks are much older looking now after he scraped them to clean them . Mortar does not match rest of house. Ugly dark brown color and extra wide mortar stripes between bricks. Porch steps looked much better before he came. VERY displeased"
