EARLY ON DAY 1 THERE WAS AN INTIAL MISUNDERSTANDING REGARDING THE TOTAL SCOPE OF TJHE WORK FOR THE NEGOTIATED CASH PRICE, BUT JOSE ACTUALLY ENEDED UP GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND AT NO ADDITIONAL EXPENSE.
