"Scope of work; had crumbling stucco on a chimney that was built 30 years ago without a permit. Materials were failing, stucco was falling off. A real professional. Advised the good and bad of the scope of work, didnâ t try to over sell even though there was additional work that needed to be done. Very good communication. Came up with a plan for future repairs to fit within our budget.
