"My home has a chimney that was unsafe to use (cracked masonry liner). I dreaded the time and cost of a tear down and replacement. I contacted "Shamrock Chimney" and scheduled an appointment with their lead technician "Tony". He suggested a less costly and safer alternative (steel liner and a resealing of the outer brickwork. The work was performed over a two-day period. I am fully satisfied with the results. One thing I really apricate is the communication during the project. The "front office" would let me know by either phone or email when the project would start, and then Tony and would give me updates. All and all the whole process went smoothly. Also, this was my first time with "Angi", I hope to use their services again in the future."

"l Everyone we dealt with was extremely nice and friendly, including the guys that came out to the house. The person we spoke with initially gave us a cost estimate based on the square footage of our house and how many vents he estimated we had (I hadn't counted and he said he'd guess since it was an estimate). I told him that we had a vent with some nesting-type material that blew up from it when we first turned on the air (this is a new home that had sat empty for two years) and we wanted a company that had the capability to inspect the interior of the ducts that we couldn't see in the craw space. He assured me they could do that as well.
The appointment was rescheduled once, but they warned me that may happen and I wasn't upset at all about that.
They showed up on time and communicated well with us the day of the appointment so we knew when to expect them. When the technician called I asked him if they could also check our two intakes as the duct board was loose on both and causing air to escape into the crawl space and closet. He told me they could do that easily and carried the appropriate tape to easily fix the problem.
For $800, they spent only two hours at our house and only vacuumed out the ducts (of which we have FAR less than the original guess the representative made when quoting the project). No camera was used to check ducts. One week after the cleaning, one duct began blowing insulation that has collected in it's vent cover. They also only repaired one of the intakes with the loose duct board. The other hadn't looked touched, although they assured us they fixed both.
While they were very nice people, I feel quite ripped off and definitely did not get my money's worth. I found out, after the fact, that my mother-in-law had a similar service from another company. Same price, but they were at her house for 7 hours. That's a considerable difference.

"I had used this company to fix our brick chimney when I lived in Lewisville NC. I moved to Cary and I called them again to fix our stone entrance and also front steps. I am glad they came because they are the real deal when it comes to brick/stone repairs. They got the right stone and the proper mortar color. Very please with Art Masonry. "Joe and his team were a pleasure to work with.  
We had kind of an unusual project, but they jumped right in and handled it beautifully.  The project was set back by problems on the supply end (not the fault of Brick Solutions, but rather of Lowe's, who sold us a broken window) and Joe took it in stride.  He just moved us around in his schedule and everything worked.  (We were able to be somewhat flexible, which helped.)
When problems came up (again, with Lowe's), he returned text messages within minutes and gave me the confidence to move ahead in his absence.  
As the project progressed, we asked Joe to do other related tasks (like our steps and eaves), which he was happy to do at a very fair price.
The only drawback was that Joe & Co. don't  do any interior work, so we had to hire other contractors to finish this rather large project.  Not a big deal, but we would've been perfectly happy to hire Brick Solutions to do everything!
