I asked him to remove a towel bar and I would handle patching it and painting it and he patched it for me. The door was no longer functional and outdated. They had a custom door made to perfectly fit the existing build out. The new installation was a two door single motion exit door with windows. They installed it and painted it to perfectly match my building exterior. I even added a small entry ramp for deliveries and they handled it perfectly.
