I didn’t start Ritchie Property Services because it was easy.\n\nI started it because I was tired of shortcuts, excuses, and work that didn’t match what people were paying for.\n\nThis is a part-time business, built outside of regular work hours, with a simple goal: help the community with dependable, honest service. No gimmicks. No runaround. Just showing up, working hard, and doing the job right.\n\nI know what it’s like to need someone you can trust and not know who to call. That’s why every job—big or small—gets the same respect and attention, because your home, your property, and your time matter.\n\nIf you’ve supported me, shared my name, or trusted me with your project—thank you.\nAnd if you’re new here, I appreciate the chance to earn your trust.

I am a young business owner and brand new father! I have worked all over the construction industry from a young age and became a licensed plumber before I finished highschool. The name “One man” Freelancing was inspired by my service in the WV national guard where I still currently serve as the “one man” a term given to the cannon crewmember who loads and fires the artillery cannons. I have a broad range of knowledge and problem solving skills, if I don’t know how to do the job I will surely be able to learn and you will not be disappointed with results!

"We love our cabinets! They look fantastic while remaining affordable. The friendly staff at AWD helped us from start to finish. They are very knowledgeable and gave us advice and tips when needed. They were receptive and patient with our ever-changing needs. Once we finalized our purchase, we received our cabinets within two weeks! The cabinets are very sturdy and the color is beautiful. "Cabinet and drawer facings were beautiful. Tom was very professional and courteous. The dimensions on the lazy Suzan doors werenâ t perfect; but all in all, I was pleased."
