"The cabinets themselves were very well made, but the process and other aspects of the experience were less than great. Michael didn't pay much attention to the detailed drawings or project parameters provided by the designer, and didn't verify as-built conditions. As a result one of the cabinets was incorrectly sized and some floating shelves I provided were incorrectly installed. Because they hadn’t been included in the original quote, I had to pay an additional fee. Additionally ,communication and adherence to promised schedule and deadlines was inconsistent. Michael is a nice guy and I can tell he’s capable of doing some very good work, but I wouldn’t hire him again based on this experience."

"I had very worn 1950's cabinets refinished and new pulls installed. They look like new. The price was reasonable, everything was explained, they showed up when planned, worked quickly and efficiently, Reasonable price, no problems, no mess. I would definitely use them again."

"Bob Pino did an excellent job on multiple handyman tasks in my home. He responded quickly, was very knowledgeable, thorough, professional and skilled in the work done. He completed smaller tasks and efficiently repaired an entryway ceiling, with a second person assisting to get it done quickly. His workmanship was skilled and he did a great job with numerous small repairs, installed an under cabinet TV and patiently explained pros and cons of different repair options. I recommend him highly."

"Bob repaired a broken kitchen drawer, upgraded two others and added much needed hardware to my kitchen cabinets. He responded very timely to my initial email, which I very much appreciated. Bob contacted me when he was able to come out and arrived when expected. His work and attention to detail is excellent! "This year we got our kitchen cabinets repainted, added backsplash and re-tiled or half bath and a couple of years back we got our home painted (interior)with him as well. Both the times Cassio and his team were professional and hardworking all of their work was finished on time as promised without any compromise. The end result looked fabulous it almost feels like we got a new kitchen. One thing to note is if you need to add tiles, i believe he has only one resource available to do the work & who maybe available only on weekends (at least that's how it was for us) so the work might take some additional time to complete. But don't let that deter you since the resource is extremely good at his work. Sorry i forgot his name. We added 3-d tiles to our backsplash and a regular design tile for our half bath."

"Kitchen Tune-Up did a great renovation or "face lift" for the kitchen in our rental unit. They did the work quickly and on schedule at a good price. They refinished the cabinets, put in new sink and countertop and it looks like a new kitchen for a fraction of the cost. Peter was great to work with. Highly recommend!"
