"We purchased our little dream home because of the character it has, the house was built in 1932, with archways and built in china cabinets in the dining room. The etched glass and the detailed woodwork around the frames of the china cabinets were a concern of ours. The Arte Bella crew took great care in preparing the outlines between the glass and intricate woodwork using faux finishing tape and the china cabinets were brought back to its original class. The work was very difficult that only could be performed by seasoned craftsmen, and women, and the results were impressive to say the least. Throughout the house there was extensive plaster/drywall repair. I did not expect the walls to ever be that smooth again because of the cracking in some places from the settling and the age of the house. Our walls look like new and all of the lines are clean and straight. Maria helped us with colors and gave us ideas to bring out tones we had with our decor. She was very helpful throughout the process of our renovation/remodeling of our kitchen and bathrooms, working with others well and keeping our schedule throughout the process. The crew sanded out our doors to a smooth gloss finish now that gleams and with her suggestion we went with ancient ivory as our color that accents all of the walls throughout. We would recommend Arte Bella to anyone and are thankful we chose them. The results are fantastic and we could not be happier. A+ Quality.

"Mike and Crystal were very professional from the first phone contact through the completion of the work. They showed up on time, their work was neat and they worked very efficiently. My windows were in pretty bad shape. They really took their time and prepped them very well which showed in the finished product. When asked to redo or touch up anything it was done without question. In the end we received a very good paint job on a timely basis and at a competitive price. I have already recommended Mike's Painting to others in my neighborhood and would use him again for future painting needs.

"We had previously used Darrell & his crew for kitchen remodel and complete painting of interior of house. We were impressed with the professionalism and quality of the work performed. Based on our previous experience we contacted Darrell again for the remodeling of the master bathroom. They offered excellent ideas as to improvements, and did an excellent job. They replaced the vanity top with granite, installed new cabinets, removed the old tub & shower, and installed a new complete walk in shower, replaced window, and installed new tiled floor. Started on date as promised, took longer than expected, but did have people here everyday, but took longer for custom glass shower enclosure than expected. Would recommend Darrell and his crew to anyone who wants a great quality job.

"When we decided to redo our kitchen in April of 2012, we knew what we wanted fixed, our budget and that's about it. We started talking to contractors, kitchen design centers and researching ideas. We quickly realized we were in WAY over our heads. A lot of places offer free design services if you buy all of your materials through them. We didn't want to be tied down. We didn't want a complete tear down to the studs, either. Homemade Design to the rescue! First of all the price was an absolute steal for the service provided. Amanda and co. Listened to what we wanted and came up with inovative,functional and beautiful solutions. Our house is old. We wanted to keep that 1920s feel, but still have a dishwasher, granite countertops and stainless appliances! Amanda had the brilliant idea of only replacing the bottom cabinets. She also gave me excellent instructions on how to refinish my existing cabinets so they look like new. This was a perfect solution for US. Homemade Design gave us ideas for layout, cabinets, lighting, wall paint, appliances, furniture, countertops, backsplash, faucets, sink,and cusions for built in. She would have recommended flooring if we wanted,but we didn't. Now, Amanda is more like a consultant...( I actually called her my kitchen remodel therapist). You still are ultimately responsible for the plan and what works for you. If your measurements are off (like mine were) that's on you. I was adament about no island and no microwave over the stove and so she didn't put those in the design. Some suggestions were not my style. And I said so. Honestly, if I picked out my own kitchen it would be so safe: white subway tile or something. Amanda gave me the guts to mix patterns and create something spectacular! It took almost a year to complete ( contractors fault) We did a lot of work ourselves. We bought the cabinets, backsplash tile, light fixtures, table and banquette cusions through Homemade Design at a great discount, we checked!! If you try shopping for any part of your kitchen, the volume of choices can be overwhelming. We loved having Amanda narrow it down for us. Communication was through email, mostly. She never took longer than three business days to respond to my million questions or concerns. Awesome. 5 months later, my kitchen is a dream come true. And I owe it all to Homemade Design!
