He arrived on-time for the job, with a smile and a friendly greeting. My comfort level, already very high from the phone call, was even higher after meeting him. Sam came very prepared with a huge toolbox, and he set right to work. He efficiently completed a perfect job repairing the connection of a door in my home to its holder. All of my interaction with him was very positive and enjoyable. I cannot say I hope for more things in my home break, but when they inevitably do, I look forward to seeing Sam again.
