"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"Carlos showed up on time, just when he said he would be ther.e, he did everything that I had contracted to do, except he did the work much better than I had anticipated.. very skilled, clean and no surprises. My kitchen looks marvelous, I was nervous but those worries were unfounded. Carlos is a professional in every way. I am very pleased, I recommended Carlos to the owner of ADD electric here in Little Rock, when he saw the quality of work Joe hired him on the spot to paint his entire home. In my book that’s a win. Carlos was not the cheapest but wasn’t even close to the most expensive, however you would never know that a reasonable priced paint job could be so good. I am very excited to have Carlos over again soon to paint more of my 114 year old house. He is good. Take my word, I don’t write good reviews unless the contractor deserves it. I have written way more negative reviews than positive, Carlos get an A+ for great quality at a fair price. AND he cleaned the work area every day at the completion. "The work really took a long time, they have to take all the cabinets down and bring them to their shop, I originally wanted it done before Christmas but they weren't able to finish and got the cabinets after the holidays had gone. But the laying of the tile for the bathroom was very well done and they did a very good on the tile work. I give an "A" Rating for the tile floor installation."
