Make sure the rendering reflexes the same as dimensions showing make sure he signs that dimensions are same as rendering shows and builder agrees they are the same before they build them for you. There was one small problem with the walls due to the ceiling and walls not being plumb however they did go above and beyond by doing more than was was agreed upon by making plumbing improvements, installing a new lighted medicine cabinet and repairing a light fixture.
