"It took about two weeks to get a design plan from her, but when I got it, it was pretty good.  She recommended quality products from a variety of vendors.  Her ideas were solid, but as I reviewed her suggestions more and more, it created a new plan in my head.  At that point, she pretty much dropped me and I was on my own.  I did get a good discount on the furniture I ordered through Ballard (better than ordering directly from the catalog).  So I was pleased with my primary purchase.  The rest of the furnishings from lighting to a chaise lounge I ended up doing on my own.  My biggest complaint with this service is the responsiveness.  We communicated via email but it often took days to hear a response.  If I wanted to talk on the phone, I had to make an appointment with her.  Overall the experience was just too much work for the customer.
