I didn’t start Ritchie Property Services because it was easy.\n\nI started it because I was tired of shortcuts, excuses, and work that didn’t match what people were paying for.\n\nThis is a part-time business, built outside of regular work hours, with a simple goal: help the community with dependable, honest service. No gimmicks. No runaround. Just showing up, working hard, and doing the job right.\n\nI know what it’s like to need someone you can trust and not know who to call. That’s why every job—big or small—gets the same respect and attention, because your home, your property, and your time matter.\n\nIf you’ve supported me, shared my name, or trusted me with your project—thank you.\nAnd if you’re new here, I appreciate the chance to earn your trust.

I am a young business owner and brand new father! I have worked all over the construction industry from a young age and became a licensed plumber before I finished highschool. The name “One man” Freelancing was inspired by my service in the WV national guard where I still currently serve as the “one man” a term given to the cannon crewmember who loads and fires the artillery cannons. I have a broad range of knowledge and problem solving skills, if I don’t know how to do the job I will surely be able to learn and you will not be disappointed with results!

"We love our cabinets! They look fantastic while remaining affordable. The friendly staff at AWD helped us from start to finish. They are very knowledgeable and gave us advice and tips when needed. They were receptive and patient with our ever-changing needs. Once we finalized our purchase, we received our cabinets within two weeks! The cabinets are very sturdy and the color is beautiful. The hinges and hardware are high quality. We are extremely pleased with AWD and would recommend them to any friends or family looking for good cabinets at a fair price."

"Multi phase improvements. Install metal roof, paint all exterior walls, replace gutters, downspouts & shutters. Remodel bathroom, tile walls, refigure closet, remove tub, Install jacuzzi, plumbing & new ceiling heat-vent. Refinish oak floor in bedroom. Remodel master bath, remove everything, install steam shower, new wash basin, commode, tile floor & walls. Build Finnish sauna next to bathroom. Remodel kitchen, tile floors, countertop, rebuild cabinets. Work is still in progress. Very pleased, all phases of construction clearly explained, no surprises, clean & neat workers, no messes left. Clearly they know what they are doing and do it well."

"Sears' package of services allowed me to worry very little because they coordinated all the trades. Sears has a longstanding reputation for standing behind their products, something I had not found to be true with other contractors I had used in the past. Thecarpenter/job coordinator who did the refacing work was wonderful to work with, making minor modifiations as necessary to fit my needs.  I had not originally intended to purchase new appliances, but Sears offered me such a great discount that I added a new cooktop, double ovens (which required some cabinet modifications), and a dishwasher, which were installed by the carpenter.  He also coordinated the quartz countertop and flooring installations. All of the work Sears did was well done and professional. After the job was completed, I noticed that a door in the den that had to be cut off to accommodate the new flooring was a bit rough, and they sent the carpenter back to fix it within a week. I was somewhat concerned that I would not like the laminate used to reface the wood cabinets, but it has turned out to be very attractive, more durable than wood, and easy to clean.  No one can even find the seams in the quartz countertop or the Congoleum flooring, so I feel that their workmen are very experienced and skilled. I not only would recommend Sears to others, I would use them again for other work."
