"We love our cabinets! They look fantastic while remaining affordable. The friendly staff at AWD helped us from start to finish. They are very knowledgeable and gave us advice and tips when needed. They were receptive and patient with our ever-changing needs. Once we finalized our purchase, we received our cabinets within two weeks! The cabinets are very sturdy and the color is beautiful. The hinges and hardware are high quality. We are extremely pleased with AWD and would recommend them to any friends or family looking for good cabinets at a fair price."

I specialize in custom projects from decks to closets and even pantries. I've been in the trade for 23 years and have experience with almost every aspect of my trade. I started out on a framing crew at 19 and went from frame carpentry to fi ish carpentry and eventually ended up in a custom cabinet shop building cabinets. I love the work I do and enjoy building beautiful things from decks to window seats and even different kinds of doors.

We take great pride in our experience, expertise, quality, and customer service that we provide to meet the consumer's needs. It is our mission to provide excellent workmanship and complete customer satisfaction from start to completion of a project. In order to understand the needs and expectations of our customers, we take great care to work and communicate with every customer in a professional manner. Our reputation is based on service, safety, and quality, regardless of how large or small the job.

"I recently had my cabinets refinished and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The crew was punctual, respectful of my home, and clearly skilled at what they do. They walked me through the process and kept the workspace clean, and finished exactly when they said they would. The cabinets look completely transformed. Smooth finish, beautiful color, and zero imperfections. It feels like a new kitchen without the cost of a full remodel. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering cabinet refinishing!"

"The Best Painters are just as their name implies. They made my backyard pool area look like a resort. They sanded and painted my rockers, pool storage cabinet and picnic table. These young folks went above and beyond my expectations in record time and at a very reasonable price. My wife and I are so please with the work they have done for us."

"We purchased the unlimited consultation package. Amanda is very friendly and professional. We struggled because we were looking for someone to consult with out of the box ideas. Once she understood our vision she could move forward, but innovation was not her strength. We paid an additional amount for drawings. These were detailed, and while not all changes were made as requested, we were able to get some value from them. In hindsight, I would not pay $99 for drawings. Any cabinet retailer will do these for you for free, which I did not know until afterwards. The company wants you to spend time telling them about your style, which ours is Country French. The first cabinet rendition we received was black expresso. We did a complete kitchen tear out so this may work fine for smaller jobs or if you have done this before. It just didn't work for us with distance and what we needed. I was able to find someone locally that sold the cabinets we wanted and she was a wealth of information and things moved much faster. Good luck to HMD. It's a good idea and the person we dealt with we liked personally."

"My family was devastated by Hurricane Harvey. Our home received over 5 feet of water. So, this job was a huge undertaking. Ace, James Abrego, was very responsive and available to us. He addressed the issues as they arose. He is personable, professional, and dependable. He has a very good team of plumbers, electricians, painters, cabinet makers, tile people, glass people, etc. On many occasions him and his crew completed various projects cheaper than we expected. Ace was at our home almost daily throughout our rebuild, helping with suggestions, and ideas that were always spot on. Very refreshing in this day and age. The high quality of work performed turned our home back into a beautiful place to live and relax."
