Pittman obviously wasn't the least expensive nor were they the highest bid; however, what made me choose to go with them was the knowledge and enthusiasm that Jake displayed when he came to discuss what we were looking for. Knows the business well and made several suggestions. Workers were phenominal and very friendly, professional, personal. They were neat and tidy in their processes and no paint spilled! They were also prompt, on-time, and worked extremely well together as a team no bickering, they got right to their tasks. So very careful and meticulous, definitely customer oriented and take pride in their work. Highly, highly recommend their services. Jake is very prompt to communicate in all avenues text, phone, email. Heck he even called me from a layover at the airport to make sure he understood all the details of the scope of the project. "The staff was friendly and professional however there appeared to have been a disconnect with the communication between the team which resulted in the kitchen sink not being secured, areas missing caulk and small section of my cabinets chipped off. These issues may stem from me being told that from one team that when the other team comes out, they will take care of it and when that team arrives, them stating "they don't do that". There are teams that work on taking the doors to the warehouse, countertop installers, etc..etc."
