"He did a great job. He s very knowledgeable and did a variety of things for us. He repaired our deck plus cleaned and stained it. Plus our front porch got a facelift with the boots he made and painted along with porch as well. He did an awesome job and I am very pleased. He even did smaller jobs for us and didn t charge for them. He did a wonderful job and I would hire him again."

"Kevin Turner came out and gave me a bid on painting the exterior of our house, the same day that I called him.   We hired him the following week, and he and his crew, began working on our house a few days later.  They started at 7:30 a.m. and worked until 3:30 p.m., Monday to Saturday, cleaning up the site each day.  Kevin was also here each day, working along side his crew.  He talked with us and showed us, what they were doing each day, and he was quick to answer our questions and address any concerns we had.  He and his crew were friendly and respectful of our family, including our dogs, enabling us to put them out when we needed to.  They did a great job on painting the entire exterior of our large 4 bedroom, 1.5 story house, including the gutters and two garage doors.  They removed a large amount of rotten wood and installed new pieces, at times stripping it down to the studs and replacing siding as well.  They replaced damaged shutters and put up new ones.  They painted all of our exterior doors and removed an old, rotting deck with stairs, and built a new staircase down to the patio below.  He also left some paint behind, for us to paint a 3rd garage door with, once it's installed.  The job took about a week and a half to complete.  All in all, we feel it was a very good experience, and we highly recommend Kevin Turner Painting to anyone needing to transform the outside of their house.

"From start to finish everything went seamless with Owner, Craig Anderson and his crew at Residential Solutions. Craig did a thorough inspection of our house and found areas of wood rot that would need repair. He provided a favorable estimate at our first meeting. His crew completed the job in 2 days and Craig followed up and made sure any touch ups were corrected. We are 100% satisfied!"

"The work exceeded our expectations all the way to the cleaning up each day including dusting the furniture and the hardwood floors when complete. We would hire them to clean our house! The painting started with a full day of prep and covering all areas affected with plastic including the floor areas. The quality of the paint and application was excellent. Our kitchen and bathroom cabinets look new. Some drywall was replaced in several ceiling areas and the ceilings painted. They look perfect. They matched the ceiling texture and you would not be able to tell where the work was done. We got our bid about a month ago and they showed up at 8:30 the originally agreed upon date. They worked full days for three days. The workers were courteous and respectful and we felt very comfortable with them in our home. Our previous experience with other contractors had not been close with regard to the responsibility, cleanliness and quality we experienced with painting innovations. As you can tell, we are well satisfied."

"As part of our replacing carpet with LVP flooring, we had to reconfigure a handrail with spindles. The spindles had to be removed from the underlayment, a plate needed to be installed, and the spindles needed to be reinstalled. There was some trim work which was needed on the stairwell side of the handrail as well. The really hard part was that it had to be done with very little lead time. Aaron and Bonnie came and reviewed the project with us, talked about our options, worked up a very acceptable quote, and gave us a date for their work. The whole project took them less than a day and was done to perfection. (We were uncertain at the time as to how we would finish the wood, so that was not included in their scope of work.) Their work was precise, on time, and affordable. Watching them work together was a fun side-benefit. Good people. We would highly recommend Aaron Custom Carpentry for projects such as ours.
