"The cabinets themselves were very well made, but the process and other aspects of the experience were less than great. Michael didn't pay much attention to the detailed drawings or project parameters provided by the designer, and didn't verify as-built conditions. As a result one of the cabinets was incorrectly sized and some floating shelves I provided were incorrectly installed. Because they hadn’t been included in the original quote, I had to pay an additional fee. Additionally ,communication and adherence to promised schedule and deadlines was inconsistent. Michael is a nice guy and I can tell he’s capable of doing some very good work, but I wouldn’t hire him again based on this experience."

"Great quality cabinets and reface. Had a hybrid project done on my kitchen. We had the uppers replaced and extended to the ceiling with a crown moulding and had the lower cabinets refaced. CC Woodcrafters did a great job. The skilled craftsmen that did the work at my house were polite, respectful and cleaned up each day. They were attentive to detail, were there every day until the job was completed and did a great job. I would highly recommend them and felt I could trust them in my home. The owners Charlie and Cheryl listened to what I wanted and matched the stain and glaze that I wanted. The finish on the cabinets are beautiful. There was an issue with them keeping to the start date that was set, however it was worked out and completed by the date I needed my kitchen done. Another issue we had was the measurement of the cabinets on one wall was off, but Charlie was able to satisfactorily resolve it, he would have made a new cabinet if needed but I didn't want the job held up and delayed. Overall a great job my kitchen is beautiful and I love it!"

He was also very straightforward about the limits of what could be done with one of the repairs that was very delicate work. He impressed me a honest and hardworking. And a good value. "It went very well. Cassio and his crew did a great job painting a laundry room as well as refinishing (sanding and staining) existing dining room cabinets to match existing furniture which is a very challenging task given that the cabinets were a different wood species and some parts were solid wood and some parts were veneer. Cassio and crew spent more time than expected to get the best results possible by trying different stains, etc. and the final product is as good as could be expected. Would definitely hire Cassio and crew again as they are very easy to work with, take pride in their work and go the extra mile to please the customer. We changed the color halfway through the laundry room paint job and they did not complain at all. Great to work with and sealed off all areas as well for dust and smell. They were very careful about protecting rugs, floors, artwork, etc. - not something thats always done well."

"I had 3 people come and assess what I wanted done. John was the only one who understood what I wanted and what to do. His pricing was in line with what I wanted to pay. His work was top notch. I have an older solid oak kitchen. I wanted soft closed hinges and drawers put in. John replaced all the hinges. He replaced the drawer boxes. Everything opens and closes smoothly. He is now working on a custom close for my trash bin. Fantastic."
