My kitchen is beautiful. The work was performed quickly and they cleaned up every day. While he was there we had our vanity in the powder room done too. I'm thrilled."

This was the first time we used this painter. The previous painter we used did not pay attention to detail and although no real errors were made you can see defects like overpaint in some areas. Not what I would do myself, if I still had the energy to paint. We had gotten three quotes and decided on Pro because they offered to replace the quarter round molding on the staircase. We liked that idea because it meant the 10 year old wallpaper would be held tightly to the wall as opposed to filling the growing crack with spackle. Although a small job it was supposed to take them 1 or 2 days. They said they might finish in 1 day but were not sure at the onset...mostly because we had inadvertently scheduled an electrician to be here the same day.

Pro arrived just before 8 AM. They inspected all the areas to be painted and verbally confirmed with my wife and I what they were going to do and the colors to be used. They did everything they said they would and they did it perfectly. Drop cloths were used in all areas they worked in. They removed fixtures from walls as needed and made no attempt to paint around them. They spackled and or treated suspect areas that were peeling with appropriate primer.

While they were mid way done, my wife decided she wanted additional molding in our rec room done as well as an additional wall. We asked if this could be done and how much it would cost. We were told that they could do the extra work and still finish by 4PM. Best of all they said we were already paying for a full day so there would be no extra charge.

The 2 on site professionals finished up around 3:30 and cleaned up really well. After taking up the drop cloths they then brought in their own vacuum to catch any stray particles or dirt in every area they worked in.

We are completely satisfied with their work and they will now be our only choice for painting.

It took us about two hours to come up with a design that worked, agree on scope of work (I also asked for plaster-repair and painting), select colors and materials, and finalize the work. The painter did his work in a few hours, with the installers arriving the next day after the paint dried. They too were done in a matter of 2-3 hours. All workmen were courteous and left the space very clean. It looks great and with materials that will likely stand the test of time without warping or separating (no cheap pressed composites). Everything now has its place, ending the clutter battle in my dressing room. I'd consider using them again if we need other spaces reconfigured."
