"Oh, boy--Erick (and Tom, his guy) have done work for me on my 100-yr. old home, for over a decade! First job -- Erick alone--built a gorgeous deck...neighbors couldn't stay away. ...still getting compliments. Last two big jobs-- redid garage and installed electric doors, and custom tiled a bath everyone else wanted to "demo". . In-between took care of several other problems as they came up. I was told I had to either cut the floor or do the counter over He said it would be a lot of work as I have tile that would have to be cut. He then asked if he could try something and guess what he got my dishwasher in with no cutting that the other guy said I had to do.

"I highly recommend Howie for any home improvement project, big or small. He is very honest and his invoices reasonable (within the quotes furnished). I had two sliding doors in my sunroom that were out of code, because they were 2 feet above ground with no built-in step down, and two other sliding doors that were not closing properly due to the door frames sagging over time. I had four contractors provide me with quotes. Three of which involved either replacing all the sliding doors, extending our deck, and/or building stairs, and they ranged from $13,500 - $18,500. Howieâ  s solution was unique, likely because of his engineering background. We didnâ  t have to replace any of the sliding doors or build anything, which saved me at least $10,000. I also have used Howie for smaller jobs, which is extremely fortunate, because it is very difficult to find a contractor willing to do such work."

"Our home was built in 1922. As we were looking to completely renovate our homeâ s tiny single bathroom (previous owner had done a questionable DIY job) we had the great fortune of meeting and later working with Brian Belmont and the talented team at Cana Homes. We were so impressed with Brianâ s vision, that we expanded the project to include the primary (with custom built in storage and bookcase) and secondary bedrooms as well as creating a custom mudroom area for our entryway.
This project (which in scope was the entire right side of our home) was a daunting task to be sure but as with all things in 2020 this became quite a unique adventure. However, the tenacity of the team at Cana never wavered, even during the height of the early months of the COVID-19 pandemic. They never lost focus on completing our renovations.
We encountered the typical issues/challenges that come with all renovations. But Brian always addressed these without question. Making sure we were pleased with the end result at every step. The goal was for us to be happy with the work that was done. And the end result was exactly that! We absolutely LOVE it!
It was a pleasure working with Brian and the Cana Team and we would definitely be willing to work with them again.
