He has good relationships with all of his subs, so they show up when he needs them to. It’s a huge deal as far as keeping the project on track. He keeps track of an amazing number of details and keeps clients apprised of progress and the inevitable surprises that come with opening up the walls of a 65-year old home. The few times I noticed issues with subcontractors’ work he got them in fast to fix it. A project like this is a huge investment of time and resources.
