"I am extremely pleased with the work done by Carriage House.  The furniture was collected from an apartment, initially to be refurnished, but after further examination it was determined that the pieces needed to be refinished.  The work was completed in the time established and was then delivered to my home.  The 2 dressers and nightstand look beautiful, I couldn't be happier.  Diane and her staff did an outstanding job - I would highly recommend Carriage House!!!

Our sales person was great, customer service was excellent, but I was especially amazed by the professionalism that the installers (Mike and Diego) exhibited. To say they work as a "well oiled machine" does not begin to describe the installation. Other companies say they will treat your home as they would their own, but they really need to take a lesson from Mike and Diego. The speed and efficiency used by these 2 installers showed me what proficiency is all about. Overall, my experience with Closet America was top-notch. "Tim came to replace the hinges on my two cabinets that were not working properly. His knowledge of cabinets, doors and door components was astounding. He was supposed to come back after his vacation to replace all my hinges (which I bought) and he didn't show up nor did he call. I'm sure there is a good reason since he seems quite trustworthy. I'll wait another week and try to connect with him again. He is also going to handle a laundry list of small items for us."
