Tim scheduled an appointment beforehand to tour our home and offer an estimate, which we felt to be entirely fair. We've since had multiple cleaning teams visit our house, which have uniformly been punctual, professional, and thorough. No complaints at all.
Also: not to name names, but an earlier negative review's description of less-than-professional conduct and shoddy preparation sounds suspiciously (right down to the "deep cleaning"  term used) like our experience  with another local cleaning company that -- not to name names -- uses a confusingly similar title. Our dissatisfaction with that company is what led us, thankfully, to Maid to Perfection, and we've been extremely happy with the switch.
