Their cleaning team comes in, places plastic sheets or Styrofoam blocks under all furniture, pre-treats heavy traffic areas, cleans the carpet, and then departs leaving my carpets and upholstered furniture thoroughly clean. "I should have done this review a year ago -- sorry, Art -- but he is fantastic. He did a wonderful job of my basement (we had just moved into a new house). Initially, he had given me a reasonable quote on the phone on the basis of three rooms. When he got to my house, he saw I have a large basement and told me that he had underestimated the quote because he didn't realize the size of my basement. He was very polite about it. He checked the other rooms I had thought of doing, but he very honestly said he didn't think the rooms needed a full cleaning and offered to do spot cleaning where necessary."

"Dana is a very pleasant man, came when he said he would to clean living room, dining room and hall carpet. However the cleaning job was not as good as I had expected. They used a carpet cleaning machine similar to what you could rent yourself. I feel as though the cleaning only brought the dirt to the surface as I noticed my grandsons knees were just as dirty as before the cleaning. I thought about calling them back to redo the job but would it have gotten any cleaner? I'll have it steam cleaned in future"
