"The carpets cleaned was for a re-rental in a somewhat newly constructed town house. The carpets were in a fairly clean condition to begin with. So I hired this company to basically refresh the carpets on the entire top floor which consisted of 3 bedrooms, and 2 walk-in closets. Since this was a "dry" cleaning it was satisfactory for what I needed to have done. However, it the carpets were heavily soiled or showed more wear; then I would have opted for a "wet" or "steam" type cleaning which would be more appropriate for that type of condition. Overall, I was very satisfied with the job. He was quick and efficient. I would use this company again for "light" freshening of any of my rental units. However, for heavy duty cleaning, I would definitely use a different company that does a "wet" cleaning. There is a difference and it's just a matter of knowing what your needs are."

"Work was done on three different days. He was always punctual and polite The workman was the owner of the business. It was done on three separate days. This was my decision as I wanted to see the work quality on the upholstery before committing to any further cleaning. I requested an estimate for the second phase which was acceptable and decided after this work was completed to do a final phase. He was punctual and pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend this concern for work quality and price."
