They are punctual with cleaning our house, as well as answering any questions we may have. There is always open communication between us and Maid 2 Shine, which is something my husband and I look for in a cleaning service due to it being a personal service in our home. Before hiring, they laid out all of the prices, what services the prices included, and what additional services we could also request not in our original agreement.
