"Michelle at Premier did a great job of educating me on how to care for my 20+-year-old leather coat, on what needed to be done to renew it, and cleaned it so it was almost like new. She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! I have no worries when I send my clothes to her in Calif from Wyoming (because we have no comparable specialty cleaners here)."

"3 bedroom carpets cleaned and pet treated for a very reasonable price the same day I called. Cleaning tech and phone personnel were polite and professional and the tech even let me know I had a package on the porch I wasn't aware of. I couldn't be happier."

"Lee (Dodley), the owner, came with several toolboxes of specialty devices and tools specifically built for carpet-stretching. He showed us why the carpet had a sizable 'hump' in the middle of the floor, moved furniture as needed to stretch carpeting in two rooms, and then expertly stretched the humps out of the carpet. He really knows his craft, was careful to prevent damage, and did the cleanup afterwards. He was fast, and charged a fair price. Carpet looks great now, and he guaranteed his work. A true professional start to finish!"

"I engaged Double N Services to remove carpet and install Wood floor. The technicians did an excellent job and did a great job cleaning up once they finished. They were professional, respectful and friendly. Norman, the company owner has excellent customer service skills and it he made sure that I was completely satisfied with the finished project.. I highly recommend this company."

"Empire and Lowes quoted $500+. Victor and his team arrived the day after I contacted them, provided the carpet, installed it and cleaned up after themselves all for a third of that price."
