Owner Matthew and his teammate Alex did a nice getting all the dirt and an unbelievable amount of dog hair out of our carpets - he even professionally cleaned our vacuum cleaner! "They completed the work as promised, but we had a few issues.  Specifically, they left debris in the ducts which we had to remove ourselves, and they didn't do a thorough job with the carpet because the carpet on our stairs looked worse after the cleaning.  Additionally, they didn't wear booties while inside the house and left dirty footprints in some areas.  Ultimately, it was a mediocre experience."
