"I called several times and left a message with some details of the area I was needed to have cleaned and how I could be reached. I did not get a call back for several months. We were wanting the carpets cleaned within a certain time-frame and that had passed. It was to close to the winter months; I was trying to get the floors cleaned in the spring to early summer. I'm disabled and needed help getting the rooms ready prior to having them cleaned. I had four of my sons available earlier in the year but not when they returned my calls. The person who called what polite and very apologetic however, I could not use their service at that time."

"Bryan came on time and the price he quoted me was the price of the job no up charging like a lot of contractors do and by the time the job is done it cost 50% percent more than what you expected. He was very nice and best thing was he was the owner on site and doing the work as well so any questions or concerns can talk directly to owner. He left everything clean and neat and would hire again. Much better service than the big box name carpet cleaners I have used in past cause every issues had to call boss back at corporate and always cost extra every little thing . As an example, he told me that some of the areas I was asking him to clean could be cleaned cheaply by a maid service and I will save money! Or that cleaning of our hardwood will not get us much as it really needed a resanding.
