When we later discovered more mold in an upstairs bathroom, he sent his crew back in a jiffy to take care of it. Having heard so much about mold-related illnesses in the news, we were very worried, but Andy was able to give us the facts and put the problem into perspective for us. He explained in detail how mold grows and spreads, how they could remove the mold, and kill off and remove nearly all spores. Andy performed air quailty tests at the end of the job to ensure the problem was taken care of and sent us the lab reports. We have been living in the house for over a month now, and we have not found any more mold and we haven't noticed any health effects. I did some research into mold remediation companies before choosing JYMRSA. This interesting tidbit stands out: JYMRSA uses a fungicide that was originally developed by the Dept of Defense to combat biological warfare. When the formula was declassified, JYMRSA picked up on it and developed a product for commercial/residential use. They can fog a house with it or apply it in a penetrating foam. As far as I can tell (based on my online research) no one else has anything like it. In summary, JYMRSA is professional, easy and flexible to work with, fairly priced, and well-equipped to deal with even the most serious mold problem. I recommend them highly."
