"Tyler and Danielle do a fabulous job cleaning my carpet. I’ve hired them many times to clean my carpet. They are very professional, personal and actually care about you as the homeowner like you are family and they always do a great job. I would recommend them to anyone."

"The crew showed up with smiles on there face and went after it. They were careful moving everything and cleaned every little crack and crevice. They had the best attitudes for cleaning a trashed unit! Best Iâ ve seen in 17 years!!! You wouldve never known it was trashed. They did an excellent job and definitely going to keep hiring!!!"

"They did an excellent job cleaning my mother's house and her garage. I highly recommend them. I thought only one person was to be cleaning, but two people were there all the time and sometimes there were three people. My mother and I will definitely use them again."

"Michelle at Premier did a great job of educating me on how to care for my 20+-year-old leather coat, on what needed to be done to renew it, and cleaned it so it was almost like new. She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! I have no worries when I send my clothes to her in Calif from Wyoming (because we have no comparable specialty cleaners here)."

"The associate was punctual and courteous. He called me before arrival, and even cleaned garage stairs as a bonus. The carpet looked clean afterwards."

"They are always very professional. We’ve used them multiple times. They do a good job. I wouldn’t have any single complaint about them."

"The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I was very satisfied with the deep cleaning they provided. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent cleaning"

"Very pleased with the end results of our carpet cleaning. Mr. Gonzales was very prompt, very professional, answered all questions knowledgeably and took his time to make certain the job was done in an excellent manner. I couldn't be more pleased with the way our carpet looked when the job was completed. Job very well done !"

"Service was great, especially for the price paid. i had purchased a deal through Living Social. Scheduling was easy. I called, left a voicemail, and received a call back within 24 hours. I would definitely use this company again.

The only issue I had was our appt was at 9:00am. I requested to meet earlier, but that was not possible. And due to traffic (which I already knew was very bad), they were about 40 mins late. I called around 9:30am, no answer, and left a voicemail saying that I would only wait 15 more mins. I received a call back immediately apologizing for not calling me that he was going to be tardy due to traffic. He had not saved my phone number the last time we had talked.

Either way, the carpet cleaning worked so well, that this one issue does not prevent me from using him again or referring him to others. It has saved me from having a replace a room of heavily stained carpet."
