"I had a Shearling Suede Jacket of the highest quality. My daughter's cat had a UTI infection and pee'd all over it! It was smelly and badly damaged. I wasn't sure it could be cleaned especially back to its like new condition. I sent it UPS from the bay area to Premier Leather care. It took them a few months because they had to work and work on it but they were able to remove all stains from the jacket without damaging the color or quality of the material. "It went well the first few times; however, I had difficulty communicating that I wanted regular cleaning service every two to three weeks. Not sure where the breakdown in communication occurred. I find I have to call to remind them that I am looking for service; i am a fairly new client, so that may be why we aren't yet on the same wavelength, but the cleaning services provided by this company were excellent. They are by far the best cleaning service company or individuals that I've had in the past 10 years!
