We have used this company exclusively to clean our carpets for the last ten years. The recent job was especially difficult as the carpet was a light shade and had about six years of spills/spots of my favorite wine and various remnants of food consumed in this room. After making the original call, Victor returned a call to understand the scope of the job. He showed up promptly at 9:00 AM and began to clean spots on the carpet. He followed that up with a full cleaning which took approximately one hour. One example of the care taken to our home was the use of plastic protectors at all corners to ensure nothing would be damaged by the hoses running to the truck.

We received a call two days later to be sure we were satisfied with the job. This firm has consistently done an excellent job and we would not consider hiring anyone else to care for our carpets.
